WHAT IS REV-DECK™
Rev-Deck™ is a load-bearing in-bed storage system designed to transform your Jeep Gladiator's bed into a clean, protected, fully accessible modular system — built entirely from aerospace and marine grade aluminum, engineered for a lifetime of hard use.
Our patent-pending extrusions are the backbone of the load-bearing deck surface. The R-Track™ T-slot profile inside our extrusions is engineered to accept tie-downs, mounts, and cargo accessories — and the T-nut geometry matches Jeep's factory Trail Rail system. Your existing Jeep bed rail accessories slide directly into R-Track™. No adapters. No compromises. One unified ecosystem.
Beneath the flat, powder-coated aluminum deck surface sits a weather-tight, fully welded locking drawer mounted on heavy-duty drawer slides. Pull it out with one hand by depressing the drawer slide release lever. The lid is supported by gas struts, so it stays open while you work.
On the deck sides are eight flush-mounted access doors — four per side — open to additional storage in the areas alongside the frame rails. Stainless steel latches sit below flush of the deck surface, so the top of Rev-Deck™ is completely flat.
No wood or plastic that will eventually fail. Every structural component is aerospace or marine grade aluminum — the same material standards used in aircraft frames and boat hulls — built to outlast the truck it goes in.
FEATURES & BENEFITS
Aerospace & Marine Grade Aluminum — All the Way Through
Rev-Deck™ uses two aluminum alloys chosen for performance:
6061-T6 — a structural aerospace alloy used in aircraft frames, bicycle frames, and precision-machined components — forms the five R-Track™ extrusions that run the width of the bed.
5052-H32 — the marine industry standard for hull construction and fuel tanks, chosen for its exceptional corrosion resistance in harsh environments — forms the frame rails, drawer, and deck panels.
Weather-Tight Pull-Out Drawer
The fully welded 5052-H32 aluminum drawer rides on heavy-duty slides and pulls out from the rear of the bed. A bulb seal around the lid keeps rain, dust, mud, and trail debris out. Your tools, recovery gear, and sensitive equipment stay dry and protected — regardless of conditions.
Drawer dimensions: 55"L × 29.5"W × 10"D Rated capacity: 300 lbs
Gas Strut Lid — Hands-Free Operation
The drawer lid opens upward on gas struts and holds in place — no propping with one hand, no lid falling while you dig. Both hands free to work. One pull to close. Locks secure.
R-Track™ — The Accessory System That Works With What You Own
Five patent-pending R-Track™ extrusions run the full width of the bed, spanning the deck surface. The R-Track™ T-slot profile is engineered to accept tie-downs, mounts, and cargo accessories — and the T-nut geometry matches Jeep's factory Trail Rail system. Your existing Jeep bed rail accessories slide directly into R-Track™. No adapters. No compromises. One unified ecosystem.

Flush Mounted Deck Doors
Eight deck doors — four per side — provide access to storage areas between the frame rails and the bed sides. Each door is latched with recessed stainless steel hardware. The result: a completely flat deck surface with no protruding hardware, no snag points, and nothing to catch gear sliding across it.
Clean Storage and Dirty Storage Separated
Rev-Deck™ is offset toward the right side of the bed, creating a larger open lane on the left side beneath the deck. This larger space is designed to fit a chainsaw, a muddy shovel, or anything else you want isolated from your clean storage. Dirty gear goes under the deck. Clean gear and valuables go in the weather-tight drawer or on top. Simple. Intentional.
Full Bed Side Access From the Tailgate
Most in-bed storage systems are mounted using turnbuckles that block access to the bed sides from the tailgate. Rev-Deck™ bolts through the Gladiator's bed floor using two existing holes and two 1/2-inch holes you drill, with 4.5-inch square stainless-steel pads underneath to distribute the load across the bed floor. The result: a rigid, anchored system that still lets you reach the full bed side from the tailgate opening.
Black Texture Powder Coat — Where It Matters
The R-Track™ extrusions, deck plates, and deck doors are finished in black texture powder coat. The frame rails and drawer are left in brushed 5052-H32 — a deliberate choice. Powder coat on the deck surface for wear and abrasion resistance. Brushed aluminum below deck for higher visibility and passive reflectivity in low-light conditions.
Modularity
The Rev-Deck™ is engineered with complete modularity in mind, allowing you to easily service and replace individual parts with standard hand tools. This user-friendly design ensures you won't have to scrap the entire system if one part is damaged.
Purpose-Built
Rev-Deck™ is designed from the ground up for the Jeep Gladiator — not a universal fit system. Every dimension, every mounting point, every clearance is specific to the JT.
HOW IT WORKS
- Pull — The drawer slides out from beneath the deck surface on heavy-duty slides. Accessible from the tailgate, no climbing required.
- Open — The bulb-sealed lid lifts on gas struts and holds hands-free.
- Access — Pop any of the eight flush deck doors for additional storage alongside the bed sides.
- Stash dirty gear — The open lanes beneath the deck fit a chainsaw, recovery gear, or anything you want separated from clean storage.
- Configure — Slide tie-downs and accessories into the R-Track™ rails — including your existing Jeep Trail Rail accessories.
- Lock and go — Everything seals, latches, and locks before you leave.
WHO IT'S FOR
For the overlander: You've built a capable Gladiator. Rev-Deck™ is the storage system that matches it. Weather-tight protection for recovery gear and camp equipment. R-Track™ rails that tie into the accessory ecosystem you've already built. Dirty gear stowed and separated from clean. Organization that holds up to the trail.
For the outfitter: Your truck is a tool, and your tools deserve better than a pile in the bed. Rev-Deck™ keeps equipment secure, dry, and accessible — on the job and at the end of a long day. Lockable weather-tight storage. A flat work surface. Chainsaw or compressor under the deck, gear and equipment in the drawer. Built from the same aluminum standards as the aerospace and marine industries.

SECTION: FAQ
When will Rev-Deck™ be available? We're finalizing production now and expect to begin shipping in late 2026.
Will it fit my Gladiator? Rev-Deck™ is purpose-built for the Jeep Gladiator (JT), 2020–present.
Do I need to drill into my bed? Yes — two 5/8-inch holes need to be drilled through the bed floor. These two new holes in addition to two factory existing holes allow four bolts to secure Rev-Deck™ to the bed of your Gladiator. We include 4.5" load distribution plates that mount underneath the bed to spread the load and protect the sheetmetal. This is what gives Rev-Deck™ its rigid, anchored feel — and what allows full bed side access from the tailgate that other turnbuckle mounted systems can't offer.
Can I use my existing Jeep Trail Rail accessories? Yes. R-Track™ shares T-nut geometry with Jeep's factory Trail Rail system. Your existing accessories mount directly to Rev-Deck™, and accessories designed for R-Track™ will work in your Trail Rail system.
What's the difference between "clean" and "dirty" storage? Rev-Deck™ is offset to the right side of the bed, leaving a larger open lane on the left side beneath the deck — wide enough for a chainsaw or similarly sized item. The narrower open lane on the right side provides a space for muddy gear, wet straps, and recovery equipment. Valuables and clean gear go in the weather-tight drawer or on top of the deck. Intentional separation, built into the design.
Why aerospace and marine grade aluminum? 6061-T6 is a structural alloy used in aircraft frames. 5052-H32 is the marine industry standard for boat hulls and fuel tanks, chosen for its corrosion resistance. These are the same materials used in environments far harsher than a truck bed. We chose them because Rev-Deck™ is built to last — not to be replaced.
